5th Annual Owen T. Wheeler Golf Classic raises $00,000!
The 2007 Owen T. Wheeler Golf Classic, sponsored by EcTek, was held Monday April 23, 2007, at the Trophy Club of Apalachee in Dacula Georgia. The weather was great. We had a huge turn out with family, friends and a whole lot of fun. And at the end of the tournament, we were able to raise $00,000! And, following our mission statement, “Supporting families and organizations dealing with pediatric cancers”, we were able to donate $00,000 to the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children! A special thanks to all the folks at the Trophy Club of Apalachee Golf Course for doing such a first class job and making us feel right at home. And a BIG thank you to EcTek and ALL of our sponsors and volunteers – You guys made this years tournament the huge success! We look forward to everyone's continued support and look forward to seeing all of you again at next year's tournament! You can see photos from this event here.

Mission Statement
The Owen T. Wheeler Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit orgainization whose purpose is to generate a greater public awareness and level of support for childhood/pediatric cancer. The foundation promotes activities to raise funds in support of a number of charitable orgainzations dealing or associated with the research, diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with childhood/pediatric cancer and provides suport, including financial, to the families of children with childhood/pediatric cancer.
