2nd Annual Owen T. Wheeler Golf Classic raises $7,000 for BTFC!
The 2004 Owen T. Wheeler Golf Classic was held Monday, April 19, 2004, at Eagle Watch Country Club. The tournament was once again a huge success thanks in part to the beautiful weather but primarily as a result of the support of our many “Friends of the Owen T. Wheeler Foundation”. Through everyone's support and generosity, we easily exceeded our goal as $7,000 was donated to the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children – that's twice the amount we presented to them at last year's tournament! We look forward to the continued support and look forward to seeing everyone again at next year's tournament.

Mission Statement
The Owen T. Wheeler Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit orgainization whose purpose is to generate a greater public awareness and level of support for childhood/pediatric cancer. The foundation promotes activities to raise funds in support of a number of charitable orgainzations dealing or associated with the research, diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with childhood/pediatric cancer and provides suport, including financial, to the families of children with childhood/pediatric cancer.
