The Owen T. Wheeler Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit orgainization whose purpose is to generate a greater public awareness and level of support for childhood/pediatric cancer. The foundation promotes activities to raise funds in support of a number of charitable orgainzations dealing or associated with the research, diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with childhood/pediatric cancer and provides suport, including financial, to the families of children with childhood/pediatric cancer.

Scottish Rite AFLAC Cancer Center $1,500 in memory of Harry Keith
Since our inception, Harry Keith has always been one of the biggest supporters of the Owen T. Wheeler Foundation (OTWF). He provided support on all levels including participating in all Foundation functions during our inaugural year. Several years ago, Harry fought his own battle with cancer. In late November of 2003, we lost Harry as he finally succumbed to complications from his cancer.
As a final gesture to Harry and with the knowledge of his love and support of Owen and the Foundation, Harry's family asked that contributions be made in his memory to the Owen T. Wheeler Foundation. A total of $1,500 was raised and donated in Harry's memory to the new Scottish Rite AFLAC Cancer Center.
The Scottish Rite AFLAC Cancer Center is where Owen fought his battle as do so many other children today. This donation is being used to purchase Sony Play Stations and other games for the children to use while receiving their chemotherapy treatments at the center. The Owen T. Wheeler Foundation would like to thank Harry's family and friends for this wonderful gift.
